 In searching for storage for my business, I felt the staff at Imperial Beach Self Storage was the most down to earth and honest. All the units are on the ground level which made my access easy. I also looked at [another] local storage, it appeared Cheaper at first, but my unit would have been harder to access as it was on the 3rd floor. They were constantly calling me and harassing me to come in to sign. I would have probably ended up paying more if I had went with them even though they were offering $1 to move in for the first month.
